Pop-Up & Event applications
.exe archive is a cultural space located in Berlin-Neukölln, bringing together a showroom, studios and an event platform. Rooted in independent publishing, music, fashion and contemporary art practices, exe functions as both a physical space and an evolving community, hosting pop-ups, exhibitions and collaborative projects.
We now invite artists, designers, publishers, collectives, brands and independent organisers to activate our space through temporary pop-ups, workshops, launches and community events that contribute to Berlin's independent cultural landscape.
What is provided
- Use of the .exe archive shop space
- Display furniture, tables, chairs
- Basic technical setup (lighting, speakers, wifi)
- Inclusion in the exe program and visibility through our network
- Basic technical support
Other creative services are available upon request
Pricing
Bookings start from:
- Half day (up to 5 hours incl. set up) €175
- Full day (up to 10 hours incl. set up) €295
- Weekend (two full days) €450
- Week (five full days) €950
Please note: final pricing depends on the duration, equipment, staffing, technical requirements and expected attendance. Submitting an application does not automatically confirm a booking. We'll review each proposal and get back to you with availability and an individual quotation.

Context
Hosting a pop-up at exe means becoming part of an active creative ecosystem rather than simply renting a venue. Pop-ups take place within a shared creative environment that brings together different practices under one roof. The building currently includes:
